Job Purpose:

Provide with mechanical solution in the project/operation team for gas plant over the aspect of production process, equipment operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
-Monitor all mechanical activities including operational process/electrics/ instruments/machinery operation status, and implement trouble-shooting accordingly;
-Initiate, optimize and implement defensive and preventive maintenance plan for on-site equipment/facilities;
-Coordinate and implement annual maintenance planning of on-site equipment/facilities and supervise the project quality accordingly;
-Provide technical guidance to equipment maintenance, and implement of trouble-shooting activities;
-Participate in the implementation of new projects or provide technical support.;
-Participate in technical support for product sales;
-Implement technical training and guidance for technical staff;
-Develop company-wide spare part strategies


Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related majors;
-Good skills in computer software (MS Access, MS Project);
-Knowledge of AutoCAD software would be favorable;
-Good interpersonal and communication skills;
-Can communicate in English in work;
-3 to 4 years' working experience in plant operation and equipment maintenance, experience with other industrial gas companies is preferred;
-Willing to travel.
