岗位职责：

1.    负责编制软装项目（家具、灯饰、布艺和艺术品为主）的物料采购清单，开展询价、比价和报价；

2.    负责与生产厂家沟通工艺、材质和技术要求，实施质量控制管理；

3.    负责物料采购项目谈判、合同签署和付款流程管理，实施采购成本和风险管控；

4.    负责物料采购项目实施，与生产厂家协调订、发货进度；

5.    负责物料商品验货，并与生产厂家协调退、换货工作；

6.    负责协调物料商品安装、维护和售后服务工作；

7.    负责物料采购项目收付款管理；

8.    负责建立客商档案，维护客商关系；

9.    负责采购项目资料存档和分析；

10. 协助采购总监做好项目预算和结算；

11. 上级交办的其他工作任务。

 

岗位要求：

1.    了解家具、灯饰和布艺等生产工艺；

2.    5年以上软装项目采购工作经验；

3.    熟练使用office办公软件，并且了解CAD等专业设计软件；

4.    具备优秀的沟通能力，协调能力，以及抗压能力；

5.    工作细致、耐心、有热情；

6.    有软装采购及成本造价经验优先考虑。
