1、Maintain existing key customers and develop new customers

维护现有大客户，开发新客户

2、Discuss the daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal/yearly planning with the customer

与客户讨论日/周/月/季度/年度计划

3、Responsible for data-analysis of each customer and give timely feedback to production and florist

负责分析客户数据并及时反馈给生产和花艺师

4、Responsible for setting up the prices keeping in consideration the profitability of the company/customer

负责制定合适的价格

5、 Knows of each product the quality standards and quantity throughout the year

了解公司全年的产品质量标准和产品总量

7、Responsible for the growth in quantity/amount per customers as described in the company KPI

根据公司KPI要求，增加客户的数量和客户的订单量

8、Fully aware of company internal production and operations standards so knows the boundaries of the possible in the offering to the customer

完全了解公司内部的生产和运营标准，熟知向客户提供产品时可能存在的限制

    昆明方德波尔格玫瑰花卉有限公司是一家荷兰独资企业，于2007年投资建成在中国的种植基地（位于云南省昆明市宜良县狗街镇马军村）。我们是一家国际性的花卉公司，在中国是鲜花种植的标杆企业，其种植基地除中国以外还遍及荷兰和肯尼亚。在全世界拥有20000多名员工。方德波尔格专注于向客户供应高品质的玫瑰，红掌，郁金香，朱顶红，姜荷花等鲜切花；以及红掌，长寿花和白掌等盆花。目前我们拥有20公顷的花卉种植面积，并致力于在接下来的5年内递增至60公顷。在中国，目前公司年产玫瑰3000万枝，红掌300万枝，盆花80万盆。我们的鲜花同样出口日本、韩国、泰国和澳大利亚。我们的目标是为人们提供品质***，品种更多的鲜花。
