Responsibilities:
To carry out global management of SHE system
Competence Requirement:
- Clear understanding of ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 specifications
- Familiar Chinese EHS-related legal requirements
- At least 3-year working experience in SHE management
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of English in writing and speaking
Work hour: Day Shift
Main Activities:
- To define and update SHE system and concerned documents;
- To well understand the existing and potential SHE risk in the company;
- To organize regular and irregular audit and inspection of SHE system and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement;
- To follow up all action plans and validate correction and improvements;
- To define emergency plan and organize practice;
- To organize SHE-related training to employees at all levels and check the training results;
- To follow up Chinese SHE-related laws and regulations;
- To well communicate with different departments in the company and local government.
