救助儿童会是全球领先的、独立的儿童慈善组织，1919年成立于英国。目前全球有25000余名员工在117个国家开展工作。20世纪80年代，救助儿童会进入中国，开始在安徽、云南、西藏开展项目。2013年6月，救助儿童会成为在中国民政部注册的24 家境外基金会代表处之一。2017年，依法注册成为境外非政府组织在华代表机构，代表处设立在北京，在中国12个省、自治区和直辖市开展儿童教育、健康、保护、减贫、减灾救灾和儿童权利倡导等工作。在过去的一年中救助儿童会在全球通过项目、宣传倡导以及与伙伴机构的合作直接惠及3870 万儿童（其中 50.3% ***，49.7% ***）和2910万成年人。

项目背景：

在全世界各个角落，都有儿童面临着暴力、虐待、忽视和剥削问题。据不完全统计，全球每年有超过15亿儿童遭受不同形式的暴力和剥削。在中国，儿童面临的暴力和剥削表现形式有家庭暴力、校园暴力、儿童性侵害、利用儿童乞讨、拐卖儿童等等。

在中国，救助儿童会儿童保护项目与各级各地民政和司法部门密切合作，在新疆、四川、云南、贵州、广东和江苏等地开展项目，直接和间接惠及受益人数总计超过72 万人。我们通过推动试点工作，致力于推动在中国建立一套儿童综合保护机制来保护儿童免受各种伤害。

职位信息：

Child Protection Programme Development and Quality Intern

儿童保护项目发展与质量实习生

实习地点及期限

期待到岗日期：2020年11月30日

工作地点：北京，一周不少于2天，时间灵活，后期可远程

具体工作职责：

1. Strengthen technical expertise of child protection programs by keeping up to date on the global debate, national laws and policies. 定期搜集与儿童保护相关的国际国内趋势、政策和研究

2. Support on organizing knowledge management & sharing and learning activities, such as learning café and newsletters, for the Child Protection team. 支持儿童保护团队的知识管理、分享和学习活动，如learning café和newsletter

3. Support the Communication team to develop information, education and communication materials on child protection. 支持传播部门对儿童保护核心传播信息的设计

4. Support on other activities if required. 支持其他必要的活动

职位要求：

· Academic background on sociology, social work, education, psychology or other related social sciences. 社会学、社工、儿童教育、心理学等社会科学专业背景

· A great command of Microsoft applications, PowerPoint and Word in particular, with advanced graphic design skills 熟练使用Microsoft，包括Word和PPT，有良好的平面设计能力

· A team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills 良好人际沟通能力

· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized 细节导向、自我驱动力强，做事井井有条

· Advanced fluency in both Chinese and English 中英文熟练流畅

· Ability to read and analyse significant amounts of documentation and summarize those in a coherent and compelling way 对大量文件和内容有出色的阅读和分析能力

· Internship and/or research experiences that related to child protection and social work would be an asset 在儿童保护和社会工作方面的实习/研究经历会是加分项

实习补助和机会

提供实习津贴（100元/天）；

国际机构工作环境，积累儿童保护项目工作经验，英语工作环境；

救助儿童会为完整完成实习协议期限者出具实习证明。
