1. Purpose of the Job
- Execute China People policy in the respective region
- Ensure the smooth cooperation and communication between BU HQ and region
- Support M4 for regional people management to meet the business needs

3. Accountabilities
3.1 People Continuity / communication
- Conduct regional level People Continuity (Recruitment, Staffing, Job transfer, Promotion, and Exit) etc.
- Overall performance review, competency review, development plan and follow up.
- Nominate the training name list and coordinate the training for M1/onboard training/ LMS system/APAC University Courses.
- Update Engagement Action Plan
- Conduct or coordinate internal communication activities (Team building, Family Day, Day in Trade, Scholarship Project) etc.
- Regional level Employee relationship (Coordinate the legal conflict of people exit etc.)
- Business partner for sales director
- Other works assgiend by BU HQ People.
3.2 Reward / PPM / TSC & Solution
- Prepare annual budget, analyze and track annually and monthly people budget
- Annual salary review on merit and promotion;
- Collect, validation and submit the data for Target setting, cascading and appraisal
- Regional employee Payroll release, maintenance and tracking
- Monthly, quarterly, annually bonus calculation
- Work with BSC on staff information validation
- Calculate severance cost, OT cost and holiday/annual leave management
- Generate People Information and Report
- Coop, promoters’ payroll calculation and release
3.3 WCCP / Safety
- Take responsibility for WCCP (General Idea, People and Management pillars)
- training. Monthly review the status, identify gaps, make communication plans and
- coordinate action plans
4. Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Good analytical skills;
- General knowledge of business performance practices
- Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skill and coaching skill
- Good English skill
- Good learning ability
- Excellent presentation skill
