职责：

1.有效的整合各类数字媒体。

Drive digital intergration across the disciplines.

2.与公司全部客户建立良好的关系。

Maintain person-to-person relationships with all clients.

3.对专案成本有基本概念，了解报价结构并有获利概念。

Have a basic concept of project cost, understand the quotation structure and have a profit concept

4.能帮助团队解决执行问题，获取团队信赖。

Can help the team solve implementation problems and gain team trust

5.帮助客户理清目前遇到的问题，能提出执行上的解决建议。

Help clients to clarify the current problems, can put forward to the implementation of the solution

6.能及时掌握团队工作状况，发觉问题并提前反应给直接领导。

Be able to know the working status of the team in time, find out the problem and respond to the direct leader in advance

7.能独立排除业务执行过程中遭遇到的问题，或者至少能指出问题解决的关键。

Ability to independently troubleshoot problems encountered during the process of execution, or at least identify the key to problem resolution

8.会议记录、email撰写、素材规格了解、进稿流程、工作时间表、结案报告。

Meeting minutes, email writing, material specification understanding, submission process, work schedule, closing report

9.完成领导指派的其它任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by leader

要求：

本科及以上学历

2年以上相关经验

良好的英语书面及口头表达能力

有上进心和较强的抗压能力
