Objectives:

The incumbent is responsible for loan operation and administration in retail finance area. 

Job responsibilities:

1) Following up post-lending business applications of individual customers, e.g., bank account authorization, early termination, contract restructuring, insurance claim and contract settlement; 2) Answering the 400 customer service hotline and handling client complaints

3) Preparing periodic reports to management and local authorities before deadlines and assist in preparing data, statistics and other information for ad hoc projects as requested from time to time

4) Following up customers to provide necessary documentations and making sure they are fully complied with the Company’s standard

5) Executing the loan commitment and loan in the system

6) Maintaining and updating the information in the system

Job requirements:

• University undergraduate with a major in Finance related field preferred
• General knowledge in Credit, Trade Service and Customer Account
• Good sense of customer service with good presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill & communication skills and can work under pressure
