客服部实习生--国贸专业

Report to: Import & Export Supervisor

Main Activities:
1. To receive customers’ PO, check the quantity, unit price, input all information to ERP system,

and confirm each sales order within normally 2 working days;
2. To check the special requirement of customers, if any, inform relevant persons involved;
3. To prepare shipping documents and arrange the CIQ inspection on time;
4. To book the container with forwarder according to the shipping documents;
5. Daily communication with brokers or forwarders for shipment of each order;
6. To follow up the payment and customs paper return.

Responsibilities:

1. 100% accuracy for ERP data;

2. Export order processing;

3. Dealing with shipment for each order in timely manner;

4. Apply the relevant export license (including documents required by customers);

5. Daily information feedback;

6. Good relationship with relevant government (Foreign Exchange Bureau, Customs, Tax Bureau, CIQ, etc)

Competence requirements:

1. Education background: College Diploma

2. Have experience in handling the Export shipment. Have the license of customs declaration and CIQ is preferred

3. Professional skills:

a. Familiar with customs declaration, CIQ procedure.

b. Good knowledge of the international trade terms and conditions, like INCOTERMS, Payment terms, etc.

c. Good English ability
