职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Reviewing the context of credit application and approval to ensure all approved terms and conditions are duly incorporated in the legal documents;
?Standard documentation preparation and perfection checking (including due execution, filing and registration requirements);
?Liaise with Legal Department and external lawyers during the processing of legal documentation;
?Preparation of facility emplacement checklist upon satisfaction of all conditions precedents for facilities emplacement;
?Preparation of limit emplacement notification to relevant operation units, including but not limited to credit loan admin team, trade finance, treasury back office, etc.;
?Maintenance of limit and collateral information in various systems;
?Registration of imposed conditions, policy breaches and security coverage ratio in internal systems and monitoring. To notify related stakeholders on the variation whenever needed;
?Handling security release including discharge documentation, de-registration and return of securities to obligors;
?Maintenance of the security documents register, lodgement and withdrawal of security documents, and to follow up outstanding legal documents as well;
?Conducting annual review of panel lawyers, panel insurers and panel valuers;
?To handle legal documentation related reports;
?To attend to other tasks as may be assigned by CAD Head from time to time.
Requirements:
?At least 6 years' foreign bank experience in credit Legal Documentation and credit control, legal background and/or national legal examination certificate is preferred;
?Having sound knowledge of common bank products, legal knowledge of mortgage, pledge and guarantee;
?Excellent communication skills by using English, both written and spoken;
?Mature, Patient, Careful and Responsible.
