Major Functions：
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for producing, sourcing and managing content across all of over 30 Maldives Resorts concepts in China market.

Major Duties and Responsibilities：
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online lead generation through various channels including Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO and SEM.
Track lead conversion rates and optimise marketing strategies to complement market behaviour / activity.
Web content management and implementation, including website management.
Engage & acquire new channels and partners for online/offline lead generation
Brand custodian for 30 Maldives Resorts in China, managing online brand and product campaigns (event-specific) to raise brand awareness.

Required qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree relating to Marketing /Communication
3-5 year experience in Digital Media
Knowledge about social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok, Facebook and LinkedIn
Proven track record working with social media monitoring tools and distribution platforms such as HootSuite (or similar)
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
A passion for online content creation in and outside of work
Experience of building up a social presence in China

Working Relationships:
Internal - Works closely with the resort DOSM and Marketing & PR team based to discuss the direction and strategy for each brand. Daily contact with the local teams in Maldives to get content ideas and an understanding of our business.
External - Interacts with prospects and clients that may contact us via social media channels.
