Responsiblility:
· Costing module closing, sub-ledger transaction checking, create cost accounting lines, GL cost journal post. GL adjustment journal booking.
· Inventory account and intercompany account reconciliation. Inventory value report and shipment report run out and maintenance. Month end inventory reconciliation send out to US cost team.
· Standard cost maintenance and update. PPV sum up and amortization.
· Yearly stocktaking organization.
· MTPO (raw materials selling) process supporting to Operation team. Entries booking.
· Quarterly end cut off process. Quarterly end reserve report to WW controller.
· Warehouse scrap & reserve review, approval and accounting booking.
· Month end BU freight expenses accrual.
· Gross margin analysis and PPV analysis
· Supporting Operation team on gross margin report preparation. Supporting Operation team on yearly budget work.
· Assist manager to finish year end external audit work.
· Other work appointed by direct manager.

Qualification:
· At least bachelor degree majoring in finance and accounting.
· 5-8 years finance and accounting experience with min last 3 years in similar role in US MNC.
· Good command of English both on written and oral.
· Familiar with ERP system like Peoplesoft/Oracle and MS applications (Excel, Word & PPT).
· Team player and enjoy working with people.
