Responsible for processing orders in the ERP system (PeopleSoft) at high volume. Communicate with internal depts. - NA OM/CS team, Sales, Finance, Shipping and Credit to fully support the complete order fulfillment process including cleaning up order issues as early as possible on a daily basis, and ensure on time order shipment at month/quarter end to maximize the revenue recognition. Improve the order fulfillment process and assignments as requested. Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirement:
? Two years minimum of order management experience required
? PC skills (MS-Office)
? Fluent spoken and written English required
? Accuracy and attention to details
? Assertive, with good influencing skills
? Ability to cope with stress
? Strong team work
? Results oriented and time management
