岗位职责

1. 负责公司新产品的引进消化工作；

2. 负责非标产品的设计工作，负责产品的改进工作；

3. 负责新产品图纸、明细表等各类技术文件的设计、编制和修改；

4. 负责主管产品的各类随机文件，如：用户手册、零件手册等的翻译和编制；

5. 负责主管产品的零部件国产化的试制、标准编制和对初样进行验证；

6. 提供售前、售后技术服务和解决生产过程中发生的技术问题；

7. 协助相关部门为客户或公司员工作技术培训；

8. 供应商的考核与评估，产品性能、质量的探讨与控制；

9. 主持协调公司质量例会，编制质量持续改进提高计划；

10. 指导、管理部门团队，相关部门工作协调。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历：3年以上空气压缩机行业工作经验

2. 具有项目管理经验，良好时间管理能力

3. 良好的沟通能力，具备较强的抗压能力

4. 具备2D或3D绘图功能，熟练使用Microsoft office软件

5. 良好的英语读写能力

6. 熟悉ERP和ISO流程
