KEY RESPONSIBILITYES:

KA execution and implement in-store activities:

• Work with Account Team to implement business plans in store-level.

• Work with Trade MKT dept. to drive POE (point of emotion) improvement in store-level.

• Deliver sell-thru target for key customers in assigned territory.

  Service KA regional/Branch Office

• Support KA HQ account team to service regional / branch office

• Regularly visit assigned customer branch office

• Manage and motive promoters

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Professional Know-how

• Bachelor Degree or above

• Overall 5+ years working experience in sales roles.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in regional sales roles.

• Strong executional capabilities.

• Strong performance management and team management skills.

• Strong selling and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good business English, esp. in Email, Power-point, Excel.

• Good interview skill and people skill

  Soft Skills:

• Strong initiative taking.

• Project Management.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Able to travel frequently.

  Business Relevance:

• Familiar with Toys & Gaming Industry. Interest in T&G/Entertainment industry is a plus.

• Familiar with various types of Key accounts, hypermarket, baby channel, specialty, etc.

• NKA/RKA/store operation experience is a plus.
