职位描述
Position Tile: Quality Control Engineer
Location: Wenzhou, home base
Job Purpose:
Control shipment quality with suppliers by doing Pre-Shipment Inspection or verifying suppliers' internal Pre-Shipment Inspection results, and work with suppliers to improve Preshipment Inspection process to make sure its effectiveness and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Fulfill Pre-shipment inspection at supplier locations;
2. Compete and submit weekly inspections report to QC planner;
3. Work with suppliers to improve pre-shipment inspection process for more effective and efficiency;
4. Support In-process audit and the implementation of product control plan;
5. Provide inspection training to supplier quality staff and QCs if needed;
6. Assure compliance to Product safety testing requirements;
7. Support on factory ethical standard monitoring.

* GBU colleagues in quality, marketing, engineering and sourcing functions.
* Project engineers, buyers, sourcing managers
* SQEs.
External:
* Customers
* Consumers
* Suppliers
Key Decision Areas:
1.Follow criteria established by project team (GBU quality, project engineers, packaging engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers), e.g. Sampling plan & AQL, Control plan, testing, audit plan, pilot run results, quality acceptance criteria...)
2.Conduct Pre-Shipment inspection based on Pre-Shipment Inspection procedure;
3.Verify suppliers' inspection and testing reports;
4.Working with supplier to improve their sample and specs management and enhance suppliers' internal pre-shipment inspection.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.College level, majored in mechanical engineering or related fields;
2.At least 3 years of quality engineer or quality supervisor experience in manufacturing fields, and working experience in mechanical tools is preferred;
3.Familiar with quality management system and quality tools, for example, ISO 9000 system, QC 7 Tools, FMEA, Control plan etc;
4.Able to use MS office software(word, excel, ppt,etc.), outlook mail system;
5.Good interpersonal communication skills;
6.Fluent in Mandarin and English
