职位描述
This role is responsible to deliver Hasbro’s sales objective in regional/store level for key accounts in the Region. It also aims to set up KA operation team to support sell-thru growth in Key Accounts. The role should be able to work with customer operational functions and regional/branch offices to drive KA plans execution and to deliver business objectives. The role is also to build close partnership with KA HQ account team. The role is to report to KA National Operation Leader.
® Set up KA regional execution team
® Focus on KA store level execution.
® Team Management
® Service KA regional/Branch office
To achieve business goals for KA operation the main responsibilities are:
Set up KA execution team:
® Recruit KA execution manpower to provide service in priority regions/cities/stores.
® Develop Roles & Responsibilities for KA execution supervisors.
KA execution and implement in-store activities:
® Work with Account Team to implement business plans in store-level.
® Work with Trade MKT dept. to drive POE (point of emotion) improvement in store-level.
® Deliver sell-thru target for key customers in assigned region.
Team Management and People Development
® Build a ‘winning culture’ in the team with ‘ambitious growth mind-set’.
® Develop a proper structure to support business strategy with the support of KA Head.
® Set up Performance Goals and KPI management.
Service KA regional/Branch Office
® Support KA HQ account team to service regional / branch office
® Regularly visit and manage assigned customer branch office
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Professional Know-how
® Bachelor Degree or above
® Overall 7+ years working experience in sales roles.
® Minimum 4+ years of experience in regional sales roles.
® Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management.
® Strong executional capabilities.
® Strong performance management and team management skills.
® Strong selling and negotiation skills.
® Strong problem-solving skills.
® Good business English, esp. in Email, Power-point, Excel.
® Good interview skill and people skill
Soft Skills:
® Strong initiative taking.
® Project Management.
® Able to work under pressure.
® Able to travel frequently.
Business Relevance:
® Familiar with Toys & Gaming Industry. Interest in T&G/Entertainment industry is a plus.
® Familiar with various types of Key accounts, hypermarket, baby channel, specialty, etc.
® NKA/RKA/store operation experience is a plus.
