工作时间：AM 9：00~PM 17：30，周末双休

高中以上学历，1年以上行政工作经验，有英语基础者优先考虑

Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality;

出色的沟通技巧，性格外向；

Proficient in MS office suite; Excel skills essential;

熟练掌握Office软件，精通Excel；

Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks;

有条理，有能力按优先级完成任务；

Clear thinking problem solver;

解决问题思路清晰；

Can work well within a team and maintain a professional approach to tasks at hand;

具有团队合作精神，专业处理工作；

Ability to learn new systems and procedures;

具有学习新系统和工作流程的能力；

Job Description as follows but not limited to;

职位描述：

Report to Administration Manager;

直接汇报给行政经理；

Carry out overall office duties as directed by Administration Manager;

完成行政经理下达的办公室工作；

Maintain and update office archives, accounts, sales reports, purchases etc;

保存及更新办公室文档，账户，销售报告，采购等；

Record keeping of invoices and inventory;

发票和库存的妥善保存；

File and prepare reports as requested;

按要求归档和制作报告；

Administrative tasks required by office in the course of day-to-day business;

完成办公室要求的日常商务工作；

Gather and deliver on time to accountants the information needed for monthly tax matters;

整理并及时递交财务要求的月度财务文件；
