职位描述：
岗位职责
1.制定酒店相关模块培训计划和月度培训计划。
2.跟踪评估培训效果，进行改进。
3.按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
4.与相关部门进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。
5.审批修订各种培训教材；负责员工考核工作的实施。
6.负责经常深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性教学建议。
7.进行各项教学活动的联络组织工作。
8.协助HR其他模块开展工作。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验优先。
2.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
3.了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
4.掌握电化教育的方法，能熟练操作计算机。
