Students attendance records keeping; Homework assignment checking / scoring; Evaluate students study; Keep an effective communication with parents, teachers, Teaching Dept.
Maintain daily teaching orders.
Deal with other daily business of the school if requested. (e.g. Teaching management, Marketing, Administration, Logistics etc.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Honesty and Earnest. We think this is basic. A lying man achieves nothing.
2. Hardworking and dedication. Find some fun and excitement in your job, and do them well.
3. A good personal presentation. We do not require Mr. / Miss. World. But we do want to make sure you are an upstanding human being.
4. Acceptable basic in English language. Listening is not good? Oral English is not good?These could be practiced and get better and better as time goes. But we do require you have acceptable English basics.
5. Self-motivated. This is the last and also an important requirement.
If you are thinking about :"Find a job" or "Get some money", please go somewhere else. This position is a fairly good opportunity to uplift yourself, not a job to kill time.
6. You residence is in Kunming City Area.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
1. The school will provide necessary training for your profession.
2. Probation salary: CNY 2000. Around CNY 3500 monthly remuneration as a formal employee.
3. Other benefits: Social insurances and Housing Found, unscheduled traveling. 2 days off per week.

我们是昆明声远培训学校。是一所经昆明市五华区教育局批准成立的专业培训学校。我们致力于为3-18岁学生提供以英语学科为主，其它学科共同提高的专业培训。目前开设课程包括：少儿英语综合课程、英语口语课程、英语素质类单项课程、中学英语课程、小学数学思维训练课程、口才技巧训练课程等。我们的教学理念着重于学习兴趣培养和学习习惯养成的结合。我们的教育模式要求课堂学习和家庭教育高度配合。我们一直勤勤恳恳地教书育人，以努力认真的教学态度赢得了无数学生的好评、家长的赞许和社会的认可。在成立短短不到两年里，学校从起初的一间教室几个学生，发展到现在的500多平方米教学区域，年培训达2000多人次。
   2012年，云南省希望之星英语口语大赛中，我们的学生获得了昆明市决赛8个特等奖、6个一等奖；在全省决赛中，更是荣获了包括幼儿组全省第三名和小C组全省第一名在内的2个特等奖，其他4名学生进入全省十强；
  2013年，云南省青少年希望之星英语口语大赛的总决赛中，本校学生共摘得3个特等奖，分别是幼儿组、小A组和小B组全省总分第三；在昆明市决赛中，共摘得12个特等奖、5个一等奖。
  2014-2015年，我校在共青团云南省委主办的希望之星云南省总决赛中，荣获团体一等奖，同时，也连续两年在全省总决赛特等奖和一等奖总获奖数中占比15%；我校进入省总决赛的人数在昆明市入选人数中占20%。
  2015年，我校在中考英语中取得了平均分94分的好成绩。
其实，比赛的名次高低对于学生来说只是人生英语学习道路上的一次小小的鼓励而已，这不是我们对学生的学习要求和培训目标。我们力争打造的是一个拒绝忽悠勇于说真话的、以严谨的教学态度对学生对家长负责任的、教学质量学生和家长都信得过的培训机构。

2015年，成为云南省希望之星英语口语大赛的官方指定两家协办单位之一，另外一家是新东方。
