职位描述：
The role is to serve as a point person for different project sites and support offices, providing support in the area of program quality, facilitating project initiation and monitoring and enhancing information flow among WV entities.

Responsibilities:
- To ensure effective project monitoring, reporting and approval procedure
- To liaise with support offices on funding opportunities, new project initiation and project monitoring
- To review proposals, reports and other project documents
- To assist in launching the program management information system
- To assist in formulation and review of operation guidelines & policies
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of working experience preferably in project management; applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Program Support Officer
- Prior working experience in NGO as an added advantage
- Good understanding of the China context
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
- Proven ability to work independently and as an effective team member
- Strong proposal and report writing skills preferred
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communications and presentation skills
- Flexibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, patience and a strong sense of responsibility
- Competence in Microsoft Office
- Occasional travel is required
- One year contract

国际世界宣明会是于1950年成立的国际救援、发展及公共教育机构，目前在全球约100个国家或地区工作。1982年，香港世界宣明会辖下中国事工部参与中国青海水灾的救援工作。1993年，中国事工部正式升格为中国办事处，即世界宣明会中国办事处，继续在国内拓展各项救灾、扶贫及社区发展工作。

1995 年，世界宣明会中国办事处依照法律在香港注册成立一家独立的非政府慈善机构，并于2011 年更名为“世界宣明会 – 中国基金有限公司”。

2017 年1月1日《境外非政府组织境内活动管理法》生效实施后，世界宣明会即积极配合法例要求, 进行登记备案工作。迄2017年6月为止，已在六个省区市（广东、云南、贵州、江西、天津、广西）完成代表机构登记备案工作, 成立代表处以支持中国各项目业务。

作为一个以儿童为本的扶贫机构，我们服务的群体，不分宗教、种族和性别。我们立根于香港，经费源自国际世界宣明会在各地办事处的支持，其中超过60%是透过香港世界宣明会从民间筹得。从1996-2016年，世界宣明会总共投入了超过逾4亿美元的资金，用于教育及能力提升、医疗卫生、特别儿童项目、其他、经济发展、紧急救援、供水/环境、灾害预防等项目。
