职位描述：
Responsibilities
-To provide leadership and supervision for Communications function of World Vision China
-To support National Resources Development Department on related fund-raising activities
-To co-ordinate with the Regional Office and implement the new initiatives of World Vision Partnership
-To formulate,develop and implement the communications policy,strategy and relevant communications guidelines for WV China
-To build up communication network with,media and other related parties in China and to formulate strategic public relations plan to enhance the image of WV in China
-To oversee the production and the quality control of publications such as annual report,corporate brochure, audio-visual materials and other ad-hoc printing and production projects
-To monitor the overall situation/development in China;pay special attention to disasters,issues and needs in areas WV involved,and to disseminate relevant information to WV Partnership,management and programming staffs as needed
-To plan and coordinate project visits,reception and orientation in China for WV Partnership
-To provide regular training and professional advice to the communications staff

Requirements
-Degree in either Communication,Translation or Journalism;Holder of a higher Degree is an advantage
-At least five years’ supervisory experience in Communications field
-Aware of the cultural sensitivity;preferred to have background/experience in development works or China Studies
-Photography and other audio-visual production knowledge are preferred
-Outgoing, proactive,self-motivated,high integrity,service-oriented leader,with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage change
-Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese(Putonghua)and English
-Excellent communication,inter-personal skill,problem-solving and coaching skills
-Ability to think strategically,a solution-based mentality and able to work under pressure effectively and make right judgments / decisions
-Travel to the rural remote areas in mainland China is required
-Two years contract
-Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Communications Officer

机构简介：
国际世界宣明会是于1950年成立的国际救援、发展及公共教育机构，目前在全球约100个国家或地区工作。1982年，香港世界宣明会辖下中国事工部参与中国青海水灾的救援工作。1993年，中国事工部正式升格为中国办事处，即世界宣明会中国办事处，继续在国内拓展各项救灾、扶贫及社区发展工作。

1995 年，世界宣明会中国办事处依照法律在香港注册成立一家独立的非政府慈善机构，并于2011 年更名为“世界宣明会 – 中国基金有限公司”。

2017 年1月1日《境外非政府组织境内活动管理法》生效实施后，世界宣明会即积极配合法例要求, 进行登记备案工作。迄2017年6月为止，已在六个省区市（广东、云南、贵州、江西、天津、广西）完成代表机构登记备案工作, 成立代表处以支持中国各项目业务。

作为一个以儿童为本的扶贫机构，我们服务的群体，不分宗教、种族和性别。我们立根于香港，经费源自国际世界宣明会在各地办事处的支持，其中超过60%是透过香港世界宣明会从民间筹得。从1996-2016年，世界宣明会总共投入了超过逾4亿美元的资金，用于教育及能力提升、医疗卫生、特别儿童项目、其他、经济发展、紧急救援、供水/环境、灾害预防等项目。
