职位描述：
Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Admin.: Government/permitting paperwork, farm dormitory management; document reception/delivery, farm office supply;
                           (Foreign) Guests reception (English speaking requested);
                           Farm Event(s) support, worker welfare/benefit/safety

Warehouse: Daily checking on ERP System of Warehouse, make sure the data input by the Warehouse Specialist matches the actually used number
                           Set up the Base Line with production team for each warehouse item/category, remind the management team when the item/category reach the base ling, in order to keep enough buffer for production materials

Labour: Daily checking with Production & HR Labour recorders, make sure the data transfer between Production & HR is accurate
                          Labour record data analyses (assist by HR) for helping to improve the labour efficiency and labour planning

Job Requirements:

Batcher degree (preferred)
大学毕业(优先)

Has related working experience (multinational company (US) preferred)
有相关工作经验（外资企业(美资)优先）

English skills (especially reading and speaking)
良好的英文(听说)能力

Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel), ER required
会熟悉操作办公自动化软件

Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力

Good problem solving skill
良好的解决问题能力
