职位描述：
Technical Customer Service (TKD) Assignment Planner 技术服务计划员

Primary Function
? Responsible for assignment planning of our Technical Customer Service (namely TKD) engineers in China market.
? Interact closely with different Sales team in Services (Customer Consulting), Machinery, Maintenance Operations and Order Processing as well as other related departments if necessary

Key duties
? Coordinate closely with China teams, headquarters, other overseas branches with internal customer (requestor) and project leader
? Responsible for TKD team members’ assignment planning, travel arrangement and its document as well as cost control and budget monitoring
? Prepare assignment order and various documentation such as TKD infomap, Timesheet, Situation report,...etc
? Responsible for quotation preparation, invoicing and follow up with various departments
? Manage projects through the whole project lifecycle and ensure:
- follow up of customer complaints
- follow up of process implementation and give advice on process optimization
? Use ERP system (SAP R/3) for daily business
? Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
? Bachelor degree in English and Accounting
? Minimum 3 years' working experience in a global matrix structure is essential
? Experience and ability of working in well-defined processes
? Excellent communication skills and work ethic
? Fluent spoken and written English
? Able to work independently, detailed orientated, self-motivated and under pressure
? Familiar with SAP R/3 system is preferable
? Good team player
? Creative thinking and judging capability
? Wiling to travel occasionally 举报 分享
