职位描述：
Primary purpose of Role:
? Requires experience and professional knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as general knowledge of China statutory reporting requirements. Performs various accounting and administrative tasks in support of Company production activity in Yunnan province
? In coordination with the local China accounting firm, performs all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Property Accounting, Treasury/Banking, General Accounting, Management Accounting, and Financial Reporting
? With assistance from his/her managers (both direct and indirect), interprets accounting data, analyzes reports and recommends action to be taken. Prepares journal entries, and maintains, reconciles and analyzes the general ledger. Supports the development and implementation of accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls. Supports the annual independent financial audit and China statutory audits

Primary Job Functions:
1. Financial Accounting:
Assistant of finance manager
Supervise the G/L bookkeeping, ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
Monitor daily personal claim process
Assure timely and accurate period-end closing. Maintain subsidiary ledgers as assigned
Prepare monthly financial reports including variance analysis to budget in required format and within the assigned deadlines
? Complete journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations.

2. Tax/Statutory Compliance:
Prepare and supervise documents for local tax/statutory reporting requires.
Assist with all global tax and statutory requirements

3. Treasury:
Manage local banking relationships and execute all required banking transactions required
Assist in providing cash flow projections and performs other Treasury functions as required

4. Management Accounting:
Prepare and develop appropriate management reporting that will assist local team manage and grow business
Maintain production data and yield data
Provide support to managers and employees within the new business venture

5. Capital Expenditure:
Assist in providing of annual capital budget
Complete capital request forms for approval prior to capital spending
Tracking and reporting of capital spending against capital budget
Maintaining fixed assets register

6. Systems development and process Improvement
? Develop accounting, control and management systems that will improve business reporting and business processes
? Review and assess processes for opportunities for improvement both leading and supporting implementation of new processes. Work across the teams as required to support process improvement efforts

7. General
? Represent the business in an ethical and professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, vendors, governmental agencies, and customers and ensure the confidentiality of all financial, proprietary and confidential information
? Performs other duties as instructed by direct and indirect managers

Core Competencies
1. Technical
? Relevant experience in a professional accounting environment
? Sound technology skills, including advanced Microsoft excel skills
? Solid understanding of Chinese tax and statutory requirements
? Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting principles
? Post graduate accounting qualification
? Experience in a production/farming based organization
? Fluent in English, both written and spoken
