What you do…
Overall Job Function: The Store Manager is responsible for the overall sales performance, customer service and profitability of a store. Leading a team that includes Floor Managers and Visual Merchandisers, they are responsible for planning all store operations and activities.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SELLING
？Guarantees all customers receive an excellent level of service throughout the store .
？Acts as a customer service role model by actively approaching customers, initiating conversations and offering style/garment care advice.
？Analyses monthly customer service reports.
？Monitors the activities of our competitors.
？Works with the store Visual Merchandiser to oversee all Visual Merchandising activities.
？Works with selling reports in order to maximise sales performance.
？Keeps up to date with the latest trends.

PROFITABILITY & OPERATIONS
？Effectively schedules and adjusts staff hours according to selling goals.
？Produces budget forecasts and selling targets.
？Monitors and controls all variable costs in order to maximise profit.
？Checks that all store operations are carried out effectively.
？Ensures that delivery & replenishment routines are followed according to COS company guidelines.
？Coordinates annual inventories and implements actions to avoid stock loss.
？Supervises the Cash Office Responsible to ensure the store is compliant with all store audit criteria.
？Responsible for Health & Safety and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
？Ensures all legal guidelines related to the selling of goods are followed.

PEOPLE & LEADERSHIP
？Motivates their team to achieve company goals and objectives.
？Responsible for recruitment planning and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
？Leads recruitment events and interviews new sales advisors.
？Ensures all Sales Advisors and Managers receive the appropriate level of training.
？Assesses his/her staff and provides feedback about their performance on a regular basis.
？Identifies future talent and formulates clear and challenging goals to assist with their development.
？Responsible for all employee corrective actions and ensuring any disciplinary discussions are handled correctly.
？Analyses results of the annual employee survey and implements actions to increase motivation and reduce staff turnover.

About you…
？At least 1 years’ experience as a store manager/assistant store manager
？Excellent English communication skills.
？Excellent customer service skills
？Strong commercial skills
？Supportive management style
？Confidence
？Previous experience leading team
？Good organisational skills
