职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责特肥产品在辖区内的销售、推广工作；
2、负责制定并实施销售计划，达成销售目标；
3、负责特肥产品的市场信息收集、整理、分析；
4、负责经销渠道的拓展和管理；
5、对合同执行情况及客户情况进行分析，对存在问题提出处理方案。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，农学优先；
2、1年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可，有特肥销售经验者优先。
3、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
4、具备良好的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
5、有团队协作精神，能承受较大的工作压力，善于挑战。

YPH was incorporated in 1st Sep 2015 with 1.3 billion RMB registered capital, it merged 3C, Haikou Mine, YBKGT and TCKJ and now has about 2200 employees. The head office is located in Haikou Industry Park, Kunming, Yunnan. YPH devotes to develop the phosphate industrial chain and its business scope includes the procurement , mining, processing, beneficiation, marketing and sale of phosphate rock or beneficiation rock and the research and development, production, sales and distribution of phosphate acid, phosphate based fertilizers and related downstream products.
