职位描述：
Scope: The SOX Manager will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and implementing the internal controls in YPH, ICL’s subsidiary.
工作范围： SOX经理将负责海口磷业内控工作的准备、维护及实施。

Role and Responsibilities:
任务及职责：
1. A thorough understanding of YPH’s main processes which will ensure proper identification of the entities risks and the adequate design of the relevant controls.
充分理解公司的主要流程，从而可以恰当的识别风险，并且稳妥的进行相关控制的设计。
2. Develop and execute best practice internal control standards. Ensuring that the controls design and description are in alignment with the actual process and with the SOX requirements.
开发并执行最优的内部控制标准。确保控制设计及描述与实际流程相符，并符合SOX的要求。
3. Assistance and guidance to all control owners with implementation of controls and maintenance of adequate documentation.
协助及指导所有的控制责任人实施控制，保持充足的文档。
4. Direct and ongoing contact with relevant key personal in order to ensure control implementation on a timely and adequate manner.
直接且不间断的与相关关键人员沟通，确保控制执行及时恰当。
5. Leading the communication with the external auditors including setting the timelines, providing all required documentation and information and ensuring that our people will be available to them.
与外部审计进行沟通，确定时间表，提供所需资料及信息，确保公司人员配合外部审计工作。
6. Be on top of all SOX elements including IT aspects. Working closely with IT global manager in order to ensure that all IT aspects will be handled based on ICL’s policies.
掌握包括IT在内的所有SOX要点。与IT全球经理紧密合作，确保公司在IT方面符合ICL政策。
7. Gathering and analyzing all findings. Establish remediation plans and ensuring their execution.
收集及分析发现，建立补救方案并确保执行。
8. Direct and ongoing communication with the Global SOX team. Providing all relevant and necessary information on a timely manner.
直接且不间断的与ICL全球SOX团队进行联系，及时提供所有相关及所需的资料及信息。
Experience/Skills Required:
经验及技能要求

Preferred CPA with knowledge of SOX-404 regulation.
具有SOX-404规定相关知识，CPA优先考虑
Must have strong project management skills.
必须具备优秀的项目管理能力
Business oriented and dedicated team player with a pragmatic approach.
以业务为导向和专注的团队合作伙伴，注重实际。
Solid knowledge of (production) financial processes in large companies.
熟悉大型（生产型）企业财务流程
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
