International Logistics Assistant
国际物流助理
Location: Kunming

Language: English is a must
Major Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing international 3PLs and set up SOP for operations
？ Research market information of 3PLs and find a proper solution for the business
？ Sourcing and select the best 3PLs
？ Management and evaluation of 3PLs
？ Set up the best solution with business development
2. Cost control and Process Improvement
？ KPI measure with 3PL
？ Analysis landing cost in different transportation mode
？ Ensure both lead time and cost efficiency
？ Workflow analysis to optimize and shorten lead time
3. Ordering Management
？ Update and execute SOP for ordering process (related party: Marketing/Finance/Supply Chain/3PL)
？ Communicate with relative teams to understand their requirement (BOM)
？ Communicate 3PL to finish ordering on time and track process every shipment
4. Import& Export Operations
？ Customs clearance and declaration coordination
？ CIQ coordination
？ Some relative certificates coordination and follow up
5. International Transportation Management
？ Do reservation with cargo
？ Follow up the delivery status, coordinate transportation company on any issues, includes delivery time, broken, shortage and return goods.
？ Follow up documents
？ Ship confirm
？ Find out receipt note for sales and finance.
6. Reporting
？ Daily and Weekly delivery report
？ Daily and Weekly manual order report
Qualifications:
？ College degree or above, logistics, transportation management or related fields
？ Familiar with International operational procedures and related logistics freight forwarding standards, with transport and logistics, warehousing professional skills
？ Strong communication and problems solving skill
？ Being meticulous and Pressure working spirits
？ 0-3 years of work experience in International logistics operations, or the declaration
？ Excellent coordination capability of coordinating with relative departments and partners
？ Can use English and use office software fluently
