职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、提供农化服务，解决用户使用过程中遇到的问题。
2、向用户和经销商宣传产品及使用知识，提升产品销售数量；
3、在公司销售覆盖区域，开展产品试验示范，用户使用效果回访、现场促销、培训宣传等工作；
4、负责新产品的推广和宣传。

岗位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，植物营养、植保、农学等相关专业；
2、具备扎实的农学专业技术知识，有农资行业销售推广经验者优先；
3、为人诚实、正直，有良好的团队精神，较强的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
4、身体健康，愿为三农服务，勤奋敬业，能适应出差。

YPH was incorporated in 1st Sep 2015 with 1.3 billion RMB registered capital, it merged 3C, Haikou Mine, YBKGT and TCKJ and now has about 2200 employees. The head office is located in Haikou Industry Park, Kunming, Yunnan. YPH devotes to develop the phosphate industrial chain and its business scope includes the procurement , mining, processing, beneficiation, marketing and sale of phosphate rock or beneficiation rock and the research and development, production, sales and distribution of phosphate acid, phosphate based fertilizers and related downstream products.
