Job Summary
Daily order handling and support site for sales or business running smoothly, with system entry and telephone communication are the mainly daily task in the team
Essential Functions
1. Daily order handling, checking, and input
2. Track booking process and timey communication with client
3. Cooperate with 3PL, verify order information, able to track goods delivery status
4. Provide goods status to client as well as customer service daily tasks include sales inquiry, compliant, etc
5. Timely complete daily tasks and able to provide data for reporting analysis
6. Timely report daily challenges and able to discuss potential solutions with team leader as well as take responsibility
7. Coordinate and cooperation with team members and able to assist each other during travel/vacations, as well as be back up once required
8. Support and Assist dept. Manager for the dept. tasks as well as willing to be key team members
9. Able to take additional responsibility upon assignment from dept. Managers and/or above level
Qualification
? Willing to learn from others or self- learning
? Good communication skill and team player
? Be able to work under certain pressure
? People oriented and good cooperation
? On-site support in the office and mainly contacts for the issues or daily support for sales
? Not specific request but if any similar working experience is preferred
? University degree or above
? Computer skills, or basic on Excel , Word and PPT, especially on MS. Office is a plus
