职位描述：
Job responsibility:
1.Daily review and deal with incoming material&wafer Cycle time & escape analysis. follow-up with shift IQA ops for the incoming or in process detected issue.
2. Work out robust quality system to set-up IQA KPI(Cycle time/disposition/on hold system review...etc) , IQA control plan for material/wafer, ensure excursion free in raw materials/wafer NPI or HVM ramp up.
3. Conduct Self audit to drive IQA ops(wafer /matl) for effectiveness/discipline improvement .
4. Regular shift meeting with IQA ops for performance review and tracking
5. Incoming inspection / functional test doc review and update per new cust or further CUST requirement
6. IQA wafer/matl , submit monthly report to CUST on wafer LRR case status
7. conduct IQA training/PM/calibration/MSA and lead IQA training/PM/calibration/MSA resp
8. conduct IQA quality report and lead IQA data summary resp for weekly IQA quality report to SCC/JSCC management and Corp
9. Perform IQA equipment arrangement/layout
10. Perform IQA ops performance score and attendance tracking
11. NMCA(new matl code application) review and approve
12. matl expired system review and approval plus matl lifetime extend in SAP

Skill & capability:
1. Ability to read and write in English and email response to oversea CUST
2. Can use QC 7 tools to analyze the IQA data.
3. Can use the company system. For eg. MES+, SPC, SAP, CAL, HRIS etc.
4. Supervisor skill
5. Communicate skill
6. Performance management skill
7. microsoft office -excel-word-ppt skill
8. Independence working skill
9. Strong learning ability
10. Very strong sense of responsibility
