Minds Abroad is a US-based organization that conducts study abroad programs in both Asia and the US for both individual students and customized groups from high school and universities. We send American students to Asia and we send Chinese students to the US.

Our programs are a blend of morning classes, optional afternoon activities that include interning, volunteering or language exchange sessions, evening cultural activities and weekend excursions to sites of educational value.

Position description: The job content is mainly divided into two parts: one is during Fall/Winter/Spring while the other is summer (Peak-Season, work location primarily Kunming with leading American students groups to around Yunnan, Vietnam, Thailand, Beijing, Shanghai)

ABOUT THE POSITION
岗位描述
The candidate will be arranging and involving in our programs, including activities such as leading the group of American students to various sites of interests; contacting local language tutors, non-profit organizations , homestay families, and contacting individuals inquiring about our programs by phone or emails, this work will serve as a liaison between our partners in China, and our clients/students who are based primarily in countries in English speaking countries. Additionally, the candidate needs to help with other office work on a daily basis.

Please note: this temporary position has a four months contract for our summer peak seasons. You will be joining the company from April 10, 2017, you will be expected to work five days per week (8 hours a day Monday through Friday) though additional overtime may be necessary. The position will end on August 11, 2017.

Salary and benefits will be discussed after the interview, but before we issue an offer letter. Some of the benefits of working for Minds Abroad are: a two-day weekend, performance based rewards, and flexible working hours-- employees can begin work at 9 or 10 am, or even later. Minds Abroad employees also have plenty of opportunities to travel and interact with people from a variety of cultures on a regular basis.
