职位描述：
此岗位为短期用工，合同期为八个月。

Responsible:
1. Be responsible for payables and ensure accounting entries are correctly done in IFS compliance with GAAP and Group accounting rules;
2 .Ensure all expenditures are properly recorded in IFS;?
3. Follow up with buyers/Sourcing on suppliers invoice, prepayment and unvoucher, provide proper reminder/warning and support for outstanding items related to purchasing;
4. Implement AP policies and procedures, work with personnel in other departments to ensure compliance with group policies and accounting standards;?
5. Ensure monthly and yearly closing of AP modules properly and timely done without error;
6. Work with counter parties to ensure IC reconciliations;
7.Prepare monthly AP report and follow up the outstanding items with related persons
8. Be responsible for the audit of AP function
9. Be responsible for personnel expense handling for finance function;
10. Ensure all internal/external Supplier queries, pertaining to AP process, are satisfactorily resolved;
11,Ensure alignment with other function in SSCs, contribute to cross-process performance improvement initiatives as required
12. Support to other modules in IFS, work close to manager and team members to ensure the data in IFS are correct.
13.Assist manager in backup in training, team building, experience sharing etc.
14.Other tasks assigned by the manager

Requires:
Bachelor or above, major in Accounting or finance related
3 year relevant experience, at least 1 years in AP function, excellent graduates could also be considered.
Good working attitude working with passion down to earth
Can work under pressure
