职位描述：
Job Summary
To produce all required APAC packaging artworks and make print-ready for external printing. Manage packaging timelines, coordination of artwork, production art, proofreading, revisions, and attend to quality issues relative to printed packaging components. Liaise with multi-functional product development teams, Marketing, vendors, and other support organizations to meet product marketing plans, governmental regulations and corporate guidelines.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities
1.Create and amend all APAC product packaging artworks so that they are ready for printing externally across all brands as well as private label and house brands.
2.Provide graphics support, coordination and implementation of packaging graphics
3.Work with multi-functional product development teams, vendors, and other support organizations to meet product marketing plans, governmental regulations and corporate guidelines.
4.Manage packaging timelines, coordination of artwork, production art, proofreading, revisions, and attend to quality issues relative to printed packaging components.
5.Responsible for press approvals and color management when applicable.
6.Responsible for placing, updating and managing all approved APAC packaging artworks within the Agile.
7.Occasional creation/adaption/development of POS materials and liaison with POS print suppliers as required.

Qualifications
?Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).
?A good understanding of printing processes (Flexo, Litho & Digital) and the layering of artwork correctly for printing, along with packaging, marketing, materials, manufacturing, environmental trends and regulations, and corporate guidelines.
?Must be well organized, able to multi-task, good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, happy to work as a team as well as on their own where required.
?Strong computer graphics and design skills.
?Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
?Excellent project management and organizational skills.
?Excellent interpersonal skills.
?Sound problem solving ability.
?Ability to work closely and effectively with other company disciplines as well as outside vendors and organizations to achieve company goals.
?Creativity, self-motivation, flexibility, attention to detail and persistence are desired traits.
?Keeps up to date with latest packaging trends (graphics and process).
?At least 2 years Packaging creation/amendment experience (preferably from a pharmaceutical packaging background).
?3rd Party Supplier Management Experience
?Trained in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).
