职位描述：
- General: Ensure Magic visual brand identity and look/feel in non-card products and media. Achieve team and personal goals as specified by Magic R&D. Work with internal partners to assure quality standards and objectives. Communicate with writers and artists daily to complete projects. Aid in creation of and follow project schedules. Meet or exceed all department and corporate standards for business, including work hours, professional conduct, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Writing/Storytelling: This candidate must have strong writing skills and be able to generate new storylines, world-building material, art descriptions, and character-appropriate content.
- Art Direction: Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with external artists and illustrators. This role will be primarily responsible for coordinating and ensuring the aesthetic quality of the game from pre-production, through to final production.
- Project Management: Partnering with a Producer and other team members to ensure story content creation pipelines and resources are sound and deliverables are being met.
- External Relationships: Manage any vendor relationships in acquisition of art assets and writers.
- Presentation: Present storytelling concepts and design suggestions to key decision makers.
- Administrative: Database management and asset tracking.
- Creative teamwork: Contribute to Magic creative efforts with external artists and writers as well as internal relationships at Wizards of the Coast for world, character, and plot design. Work closely with contacts at Magic, China and Magic, United States in interpreting the game design into a visual experience and setting the artistic vision. Work with brand/marketing to ensure products are consistent with brand objectives.

BA or higher in a related field (story writer, for example).
Required:
- Required Spoken Languages(s): Chinese, English
- Required Work Auth.: China
Prior Related Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a lead content creator, preferably with professional storytelling experience.
- 3+ years of experience professionally game related design, preferably with creating artwork experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong regional connections and experience with external artists/writers strongly preferred.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other software products.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills.
- Project management skills.
- Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. Able to work on computer or phone for long periods of time.
