职位描述：
1、协助销售代表完成售前和售后的辅助性工作；
2、回答各类客户的问题，向客户介绍公司产品情况及价格，并根据CRM中的客户信息，将客户转给相应的销售；
3、协助业务员跟进回款工作，并处理好与财务部开发票、回款等工作的沟通；
4、负责对应销售CRM系统的交易录入工作；
5、负责所支持销售的各项合同及其他相关文件，如：客户的营业执照、稿件及其他证件的复印件的存档和管理；
6、对所支持的销售业绩进行统计整理；
7、监督销售执行公司的各项销售政策；
8、完成上级布置的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，对数字敏感；
2、熟练使用 WORD、EXCEL 等办公软件；
3、有销售助理经验和文字校对经验者优先考虑；
