1. Achieve the sales targets and KPI set by company

2. Actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing campaigns which involves not only maintenance of existing accounts but also gaining of new accounts;

3. Maintain a good level of sales activities (sales visits, sales lead, sales quotation) in line with Management's policy

4. Pay customers visit regularly,good command of market information and improve our product and market share

5. Generate weekly sales reports and any other sales reports. Register all sales activities in sales and marketing IT portal

6. Well organize and lead the sales calls for overseas colleagues in the sales campaign.

7. Manage sales team and improve the sales performance of whole team.

工作内容:

1. 完成公司规定的销售任务

2. 积极开展各种销售及市场活动,维护现有客户, 开发新客户, 为公司创造销售利润;

3. 遵循公司管理层的销售政策, 开展充分的销售活动(销售拜访, 销售信息维护等);

4. 定期进行客户回访,掌握同行市场动态,根据客户反馈意见和市场情况及时完善产品,扩大公司的市场占有率

5. 及时完成销售报表. 在公司信息系统中及时维护和更新销售活动及相关资讯

6. 组织安排国外同事来深圳见客事宜,行程。

7. 管理销售团队,并提高整个团队的销售业绩.


Requirements & Qualifications

1. Min. 4 years of sales experience in co-loader / business development role in global company.

2. Proficiency in written and spoken English (CET 6 or above) and Mandarin

3. With essential sales knowledge, methodology and existing customer base

4. Excellent marketing promotion skills, communication skill and coordination capability

5. Well-organized, presentable and outgoing

7. Creative and positive thinking

8. Computer literate

9. Willing to travel both domestically and abroad


招聘条件:

1. 至少4年或以上在外企从事销售和业务开发的经验,及2年以上销售团队管理经验。

2. 英语,普通话流利。能正常用英语书写,交流。 (CET-6 以上)

3. 拥有良好的同行客户积累及销售业绩优先考虑

4. 具备较强的营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,

5. 工作任务安排有序。性格外向。

7. 工作中拥有创新,主动积极的态度

8. 能够运用电脑完成日常工作(office)

9. 适应国外或国内出差
