Our company develops and manages study and volunteer abroad programs across the Asia-Pacific region and building institutional relations with our working partners. While the position is based in Kunming, Beyond Borders programs are not limited to the city nor to China.

Peak-Season (summer)
旺季（夏季）

"Peak" is normally May, June, July and January , the staff will be involved in the implementation of our programs, such as leading the group of American students to various sites of interests, arranging class, NGO placement, internship placement, airport pick-up as well as other relevant affairs.
此类职位将主要参与我们项目的实施，比如带领一群美国学生去各类文化景点，为他们安排中文课程，安排非政府组织机构的志愿服务，实习工作，机场接机，以及其它相关事务。
Off peak (Fall/ Winter/ Spring)
淡季（秋/冬/春季）

Whereas off peak are normally the other months of the year, during the Fall/Winter/Spring, the staff would be assigned to write email communication with foreign clients and other related information. In addition, the staff also needs to deal with office routine business.
在秋/冬/春季，员工需要与国外客户和其他相关信息的电子邮件通信。此外，工作人员还需要处理办公室日常事务。

REQUIREMENTS

-Have hands-on experience to make multimedia video for our marketing material - videos, photos and corporate marketing.

ABOUT THE POSITION
岗位描述
The candidate can have hands-on experience editing and producing for our marketing material - videos, photos. The videos would be filmed by other colleagues during traveling and they need to be edited to attract people from around the world to participate in our programs. Beyond that, the candidate will assist and involve in arranging our programs, including activities such as contacting local language tutors, non-profit organizations , homestay families, and contacting individuals inquiring about our programs by phone or emails, this work will serve as a liaison between our partners in China, and our clients/students who are based primarily in countries in English speaking countries. Additionally, the candidate needs to help with other office work on a daily basis.

Salary and benefits will be discussed after the interview, but before we issue an offer letter. Some of the benefits of working for Beyond Borders International are: five insurances, a two-day weekend, performance based rewards, an annual bonus (one extra month salary), and flexible working hours-- employees can begin work at 9 or 10 am, or even later.
