职位要求:

1.大专以上学历，能进行普通的英语书面和口语交流。英语四级或以上优先。　　

2.至少3年的货代行业的操作和文件经验,有散货拼柜的实际操作经验者优先。　

3.有积极的心态和工作态度，乐意接受任何工作变动和新事物。　

4.有良好的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。　　

5.具有团队合作精神，并能在压力下工作　

　

工作内容：

1.熟练处理出口业务的操作和文件，特别是澳新和美国航线的散货拼柜。　

2.及时发到货通知等文件给国外，如果目的港有问题需要协作帮忙处理。　

3.严格执行相关的SOP和客户的一些特殊要求。　

4.及时汇报任何异常或失误事件。

5.根据KPI及时准确地更新系统数据。

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. College graduate & have a good English writing & speaking. CET-4 or above level is prefered.
2.At least 3 years of shipping experience and knowledge is a must，candinate with experience of LCL consolidation will be taken as priority.
3.Equipped with positive attitude and open mind to accept any challenges or learning.
4.Keep good communication skill and customer oriented mind-set.　
5.Flexible, capable teamwork and performance under pressure


Job Description:
1.Deal with daily operations and documentations on export shipments, focus on LCL consolidation of Australia,New Zealand and USA trade lanes.
2.Send pre-alert docs to oversea office and conciliate with them to handle any problems in destination if any.　
3.Follow the procedure as per SOP and other specified customers requirements.　
4.Timly report service failure and exceptional case.　
5.Ensure data input quality to match KPI
