2017年3月起,上班地点:成都市高新区益州大道1999号15栋阿里中心301室305单元
一、出纳方面:
1、负责现金、支票的提取、送存、签发、支付及保管等工作,确保经济活动的正常进行;
2、根据公司报销管理规定,审核各类收付项目原始票据的合法性、真实性、完整性,保证符合会计制度及相关规定,准确、及时完成现金收付及银行转账工作;
3、及时对现金的收付开具或索取相关票据;收取支票、汇票时查验核对,确保款项及时到账;
4、及时登记并核对现金日记账、银行日记账等资金账簿,做到账账相符、账实相符;
5、每月将财务单据及时汇总到上海总公司会计处并协助会计做好各种账务的处理工作;
6、完成系统中的财务数据录入,根据公司要求完成相关数据报表,做到数据真实、准确、合理。完成领导交办的其他临时事项。

二、人事方面:
1、建立、维护人事档案,办理和更新劳动合同,办理员工的入职和离职手续;
2、收集相关的劳动用工等人事政策及法规,配合公司人事部为员工更好服务;
3、负责员工考勤、工资结算,协助人事代理办理相应的社会保险和公积金相关业务等。
三、行政方面:
1、公司办公用品采购;
2、管理公司签订的各种合同、协议;
3、做好酒店预订、机票和火车票预订安排,购买商业保险等工作
4、代表公司与物业、房东进行沟通、做好协调、付费等工作
5、公司领导交给的其他行政工作。
任职要求:
1、两年以上出纳岗位工作经验,大专以上学历,财会类专业,持有会计上岗证;
2、熟悉网银操作及银行结算等业务;
3、有较强的语言文字组织能力及良好的人际协调能力,工作仔细认真、态度端正、保密意识强;
4、善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力及独立工作能力;
5、具备良好合作态度及团队创业精神,并富有工作激情、创造力和责任感,能承受高强度的工作压力,有意愿加入到创业团队与我们一起成为业内推动者。
