【Job Description】
1. Day to day management of client relationships, handling client expectations and being the single
point of contact for the client;
2. Ensure coordination of client needs with the internal support groups which include but are not
limited to the communication of program changes, revisions, growth, forecasts, and the
facilitation's of monthly and quarterly business reviews;
3. Work proactively with the client to identify methods, processes, and strategies that will continue
to drive inefficiencies in the program,and provide strategic solutions to enhance the client's
business;
4. Mobilizes entire organization to ensure that program objectives are met and exceeded;
5. Determines alternative delivery methods to reduce overall program costs and alternative methods
to drive day-to-day revenue;
6. Responsible for assisting in resolving conflict, issues related to people concerns;
7. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to Security, HR,
Operations, Training and Quality.
【Job Requirement】
1. Bachelor Degree from a reputable university;
2. 5 years experience in account management with MNC (preferably with overseas experience or
managing overseas account);
3. Computer literate and familiar with Mac OS;
4. Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin both oral and written;
5. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills;
6. Possess attributes like attention to detail, multi tasking, positive and results driven;
7. Ability to formulate, plan and implement business development strategies.
