职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and conduct fitting session on live model as well as fitting dummy with vendors and buyers/designers.
2. Issue correct fit comments as well as graded specs for all apparel categories including dresses, tops, bottoms and jackets in knits, woven & denim according to designers/buyers directions.
3. Monitor and communicate with vendors on all fit stages to meet production T & A calendar.
4. Be responsible to ensure vendors follow approved fit/specs/trim/quality for bulk production.
Issue specs for development accordingly to designers’ direction.

Requirements:
1. 10 years plus managerial fitting experience handling Global Young/Fast Fashion Brands Women’s apparel.
2. Bachelor or Master Degree in fashion technical designs textile related.
3. Full knowledge of all aspect of production sewing technic as well as fabric/trims quality.
4. Well familiar with Global Fast Fashion fitting process/pace and worked directly with overseas buyers/designers conducting hands-on fitting session.
5. Able to identify and achieve fit result following seasonal trend/concept.
6. Experienced in denim and washing technic.

Competence & Education:
1. Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities.
2. Positive, performance and result oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
3. Able to work hard under pressure with enormous energy and meet deadline.
4. Excellent English communication in both written and verbal.
