Job description
 
The person will be mainly responsible for driving our clients, both individual tourists and groups, to sites of historic and cultural interest and give them a thorough understanding of the backgrounds of the places. The person will go by the itinerary customized according to the needs of the client.
 
Other responsibilities include:
 
Connecting with clients via mails, WeChat, Skype and telephone
Communicating with them on a regular basis and responding to their queries right away
Taking into account all their preferences, difficulties and interests and creating itineraries in line with those
Pricing the programs
Giving clients a detailed understanding about the history and culture of places they are taken to
Reserving accommodations, restaurants and vehicles for them way in advance
Booking train and flight tickets
Convincing them to write nice reviews and respond to the same
Picking them up and dropping them off at designated places
Anything and everything relevant to this job
