职位描述：
1，审核三家以上施工承包方，进行其合同评审。交于总经理审批签订合同。
Audit more than three construction contractors, the contract review and approval of the general manager for the signing of the contract.
2，负责工程项目从工程施工准备开始直至验收交工，以及签证结算的全过程施工管理工作。

3，严格执行公司的各项规章制度，编制工程周、月及年度施工计划，对项目实施的进度、质量、成本、安全及文明施工等管理目标的最终实现负责。

4，制定安全技术生产措施，负责编制项目劳动力、材料、机具设备、劳保用品、资金等的使用计划，并组织实施。

5，组织施工现场布置规划，包括供水、供电、加工场地、库房和办公休息区域等协调工作，解决工地一切协调问题。

6，组织项目实施人员进行施工图纸自审、会审，施工组织设计、施工方案交底技术解答。在施工中进行各工序书面技术交底，参加各工序的检验和工程验收，对工程的分部分项工程进行质量检查和评定工作。

7，严格执行与施工方的日例会制度。

8，建立健全工作联系相关制度，与政府主管部门、建设单位、设计单位、监理单位、总分包单位等保持良好的协调关系，积极配合完成监理、质量监督和消防局等单位的检查验收工作。

11，负责做好工程半产品和成品的防护及交付过程中的防护。
