? Identify regional Key Accounts list and overall expansion plan (mainly cover local Hypermarket and chain baby stores)
? Take leadership in the trading terms negotiation with key account
? Develop sales forecast in line with the brands growth targets and marketing strategies
? Ensure full-listing of key items & optimize the product mix based on sales performance by SKU
? Retail space management & deliver merchandising excellence thru on-shelf and off-shelf display, POSM display
? Work out Key Account business planning and promotion calendar by accounts at annually and quarterly basis
? Ensure the qualified execution of BTL activities
? Data analysis by account by brand by SKU by month
? Achieve sales target with regional key accounts
岗位要求:
Professional Know-how
? University or Diploma graduate in relevant discipline
? Above 8 years in FMCG/Consumer/Retail Sales and/or Key Account Management
? Multi-SKU/ multi brand sales experience in regional market
? Trading terms, merchandising and promotion Negotiation skills
? Account business planning
? Data Analysis ability
Work Effectiveness & Adaptability:
? Proactive in different situations, keep taking actions to make things better
? Flexible in handling change and comfortable working independently
? Good communicator (written and verbal) including active listening ability
? Results oriented, promise made, promise deliver
? Priority first
? PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Business Understanding:
? Passion in learning to shopper behavior and consumer needs, curiosity in always finding new way to gain market share.
? Key Competitors momentum tracking and implication

? Develops effective business relationships and manages difficult people effectively to seize opportunities
