　　2. 仪表端庄大方，着装整洁。保持良好的服务心态，热情待客，使用文明用语，做到微笑服务，客进有迎声，客走有送声。
　　3. 协助做好清洁工作，随时保持店铺干净整洁。
　　4. 清点所有物品并有记录。
　　5. 介绍出品价格及特点，做好点单，及时送上出品。
　　6. 保持桌面整洁干净，及时收回杯具及烟缸，及时清洗。
　　7. 做好各项活动的记录，论坛的宣传及推广。
　　8. 认真学习企业文化及服务技术，不断提升专业能力。
　　9. 协助店员做好每日报表，核对营业额。
