职位描述：
Purpose of the Function of Production Manager: The Production Manager bears the responsibility for assisting the Technical director in the organization to ensure a stable production environment. The Technical director and the Sr. Production Manager lead up and encourage the organization, so that the objectives are achieved within the management frameworks of the company.

Main activities

- She/he will be responsible two or three kinds of crops; make planting plan and control the progress independently.
