Job Description:


1. Actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing activities which involves not only maintenance of existing accounts but also milking of new accounts;

2. Maintain a good level of sales activities (sales visits, sales lead, sales quotation) in line with Management's policy

3. Generate weekly sales reports and any other sales reports. Register all sales activities in sales and marketing IT portal

4. Well organize and lead the sales calls for overseas colleagues in the sales campaign.

5. Lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets set by company, analyse and review the sales performance regularly.


工作内容:


1. 积极开展各种销售及市场活动,维护现有客户, 开发新客户, 为公司创造销售利润;

2. .遵循公司管理层的销售政策, 开展充分的销售活动(销售拜访, 销售信息维护等);

3. .及时完成销售周报表及其他销售报表. 在公司信息系统中及时维护和更新销售活动及相关资讯

4. 组织安排国外同事来深圳见客事宜,行程。

5. 领导销售团队完成公司规定的销售任务,定期分析回顾销售绩效。


Requirements & Qualifications

1. Min. 5 years of sales experience in Logistic / business development role in global company, Min 2 years of team management experience.

2. Proficiency in written and spoken English (CET 6 or above) and Mandarin

3. With essential sales knowledge, methodology and existing customer base

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the good leadership and implementation capability.

5. Good insight of marketing development, Creative and positive thinking

6. Willing to travel both domestically and abroad


招聘条件:

1. 至少5年或以上在外企从事物流销售和业务开发的经验 (侧重于CIF客户的开发), 及2年以上管理销售团队的经验。

2. 英语,普通话流利。能正常用英语书写,交流。 (CET-6 以上)

3. 拥有良好行业资源及销售业绩优先考虑

4. 优异的交流能力和产品演示能力,以及良好的执行领导能力

5. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力,工作中拥有创新,主动积极的态度

6. 适应省内和国外出差
