Job Responsibility
To help Methods & Lean manufacturing manager to manage Methods Dept., safely and efficiently to its utmost capacity in order to achieve high manufacturing standards through:
? Technical Quality
? Technical Quantity
To supervise Methods IE Team to perform and function efficiently to meet with:
? The objectives & goals
? The requirement in self-motivation, personal training & developments and team building capacity
To report to Methods & Lean manufacturing manager and Production Director and coordinate internally within the Production Department and externally with other Maped departments to ensure smooth and best operational results
To define and implement Lean Manufacturing policy at Maped Suzhou with high commitment in teaching human resources

向方法及精益生产经理和生产总监汇报,加强和保证部门内部以及各部门之间的有效沟通,以确保平稳的、***的运营成绩。
在苏州马培德制定、执行精益生产政策,并负责人员培训和教育
Competence Requirements:
? Bachelor degree, Major in Engineering in Industrial and Mechanics field
? 6-8 years experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation, production, or any industrial relative dept.
? Fluent in English writing and oral
? Understanding cost impact
? Lean, 5S, SMED, Lay Out, YIELD, and Problem solving methods knowledge are a minimum
? Visual Management and Kanban skills are a must
? Working experience preferably in Automotive or Electronics industry with low margin products
? Strong charisma and natural authority requested
能力要求:
? 本科以上学历,工业工程或机械工程专业
? 有6至8年执行精益生产的经验、生产或其他工业相关部门
? 英文听说书写流利
? 了解成本影响
? 最起码要熟悉精益生产、5S、SMED、布局、产出、问题解决方法等概念
? 必须掌握目视化管理和看板技巧
? 最好有在汽车或电子合资企业工作的经历

Main activities
Technical Standards
1. Routines
To define policy and standards for routines for each product family, define and implement procedure for creation and maintenance of routines in the SAP system
To achieve target for the accuracy of the routines: 95%
To lead the group for verification of existing routines to ensure the accuracy of routines
2. Lean manufacturing - Production lay-out and flow
To define a project schedule for lean manufacturing implementation and act according to planning
To implement product/process layout to achieve the targets in terms of reduction of workers, reduction of semi-finish and WIP inventory and decrease production lead-time, and cancel non value-added position in production
To organize the assembling flow line for products (with the appropriate document such as PFC – Product Flow Chart)
To find out the most efficient lay out of the machinery (optimize the production flow, increase the production capacity…). The lay out must take in consideration lean manufacturing requirements such as KANBAN.
To improve the current production (or products) in terms of productivity, quality and capacity
To define and implement annual Industrial Cost Saving Plan with Industrial Director
To prepare processes, machines (standard & non-standard ),fixtures for a better industrial environment
To guarantee and optimize cycle time in terms of injection, assembly and packing
To set up and follow up productivity metrics such as Yield (TPS), Activity rate,..
To work on the best working station arrangement
To implement visual management policy
To initiate 5S policy in collaboration with our quality director
To participate on WIP reduction
3. Training
To define training modules for Maped employees regarding lean manufacturing concepts and tools
To organize training programs internally
4. ERP project
To be fully involved into the ERP project, especially for SAP project. To be part of the project team for all questions related to manufacturing.
The lean manufacturing manager is the “key user” for the manufacturing module of SAP.

1. Routines
为每类产品确立ROUTINE政策和标准;在ERP系统中制定并执行ROUTINE的定义和修改程序
实现ROUTINE95%的准确率
带领团队核实现有ROUTINE以确保其准确性
2. 精益生产—生产布局和流程
制定精益生产执行计划表,并按计划实施
实施产品/过程布局以减少员工、降低半成品库存、缩短生产时间、取消生产过程中不产生附加值的岗位。
安排产品组装线(根据有关文件—例如:产品流程图)
寻找最有效的机器布局(完善生产流程、增加产能等),布局必须考虑到精益生产要求,例如:看板
在生产效率、质量和产能方面改善目前的生产状况(或产品)
和工业总监一起制定和执行工业部成本控制计划
为产品生产准备相应的工艺、机器(标准的和非标的)、夹治具等,以确保良好的工作环境
确保及优化***注塑周期、装配节拍、包装节拍
建立并跟踪生产效率指标,例如:产量(TPS)、生产效率等
安排最好的工作站
执行视觉管理政策
与质量总监合作,执行5S政策
参与降低半成品的工作
3. 培训
为马培德员工就精益生产概念和工具制定培训模块
组织内部培训
4. EPR项目
作为解决与生产相关的问题的项目成员,全面参与ERP项目,尤其是SAP项目
精益生产经理是SAP系统生产模块的主要使用者
